So my windows somehow created that folder and can't show it in cleanup utility, it's a kind of a bug I guess. But stucked with the rest part of data protected by system as "system files". Sorry I didn't read your first link about taking ownership carefully, so I've downloaded the registry file, now I could use that by RMB same does console command you just provided. Almost all files from that folder is gone now, but there is still left some, I'm getting error "remove the write protection" if I try delete them:.
